You can use any flavor of ice cream, just make sure it’s not low- or non-fat.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix equal parts melted ice cream and self-rising flour. (1 1/2 cups)
Pour it into a greased pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.

There are many different buzz words that explain this phenomenon: flexitarian, semi-vegetarian, and week day vegetarian; where you only eat meat on the week-ends.
