1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons peanut oil
Mix with veggies, tofu or chicken and let all ingredients marinate for 20 minutes.
Can use for grilling or pan frying.
There are many different buzz words that explain this phenomenon: flexitarian, semi-vegetarian, and week day vegetarian; where you only eat meat on the week-ends.
