1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. It should have the steak sauce thickness. Cool. Strain into bottle or jar. Refrigerate.
